Each year, Back to Jerusalem hosts a Hackers Conference where individuals from around the world dive headfirst into a new exciting journey to tackle the challenges faced by missionaries. This time around, we tuned into everyone’s creative ideas about missionary spy craft – it’s the secret sauce that powers our “Jason Bourne” style evangelism!

Picture this: you’re chewing gum and suddenly you’re hearing audio Bible verses meant just for your ears. Or maybe you stroll past a certain “hot spot” and voila! The Bible gets downloaded onto your phone. You could even get a message from a vending machine. Sounds awesome, doesn’t it?

There are so many new cool toys to play with, and we get to create more!

We do this because at BTJ, we firmly believe that no obstacle is too great when it comes to sharing the gospel, and we are dedicated to exploring unconventional methods to make a powerful impact. By utilizing tools like the pill-sized Bibles and delivering Bibles underwater, we are able to break through barriers and reach individuals with God’s Word who may have never had access before. It is our mission to bring hope, faith, and spiritual nourishment to those who yearn for it in areas where faith may be limited or suppressed. We wholeheartedly embrace innovation as a means of spreading the gospel effectively.
